1. Payment

  • Payments are available via Paypal.

2. Processing of orders

  • Normally ships within 1 business week after payment are completed. (But sometimes “Sold-out Products” need more time to reproduce.)
  • Now COVID-19 issue made delay to delivery.

3. Shipping

  • Shipping is by DHL or EMS.
  • The delivery time will be 2~3 weeks after shipping.
  • Tracking numbers are available for all shipments (Please request us, if it is necessary).
  • Some countries may require additional shipping charge.
  • We are not responsible for shipping.

4. Refund

  • Refund by customer’s remorse is possible only when paying round-trip shipping.

5. Exchange policy for bad products

  • If you have missing or damaged products, please let us know and we will ship the parts as soon as possible.
    However, if a new part can not be provided with a discontinued product, a refund will be made in principle.
