How to Order – kamodels

1. Payment

Payments are available via Paypal.

2. Processing of orders

Normally ships within 1 business week after payment are completed. (But sometimes “Sold-out Products” need more time to reproduce.)
Now COVID-19 issue made delay to delivery.

3. Shipping

Shipping is by DHL or EMS.
The delivery time will be 2~3 weeks after shipping.
Tracking numbers are available for all shipments (Please request us, if it is necessary).
Some countries may require additional shipping charge.
We are not responsible for shipping.

4. Refund

Refund by customer’s remorse is possible only when paying round-trip shipping.

5. Exchange policy for bad products

If you have missing or damaged products, please let us know and we will ship the parts as soon as possible.
However, if a new part can not be provided with a discontinued product, a refund will be made in principle.

6. Personal information

We do not collect or store customer information.
